The ChattanoogaFreeAds.com web site is intended for use by residents of the USA only, this is to prevent misuse and spam related postings. All foreign accounts will be promptly deleted. By creating an account with ChattanoogaFreeAds.com you agree to use the services at your own risk. ChattanoogaFreeAds.com will not sell or give away any of your account information or data. ChattanoogaFreeAds.com will not be held responsible for damages due to site down time, maintenance, acts of God, or other unforeseen outages. If you wish to cancel your account and have a balance remaining you must submit a request for your funds to be transferred back to your PayPal account, a $2.50 handling fee will be charged.

Usage Details:
1. One account per household, duplicate accounts will be deleted.
2. No pornography or spam related ads allowed - administrator will remove these items and suspend your account.
3. New members are given $3.00 in credits, use this to try out the "Hot Ads" category!
4. New members are assigned a 3 for FREE package that allows you to: Post up to 3 ads that run for 3 days, attach one image per ad, and place in any category except the business ads and employment categories.
5. The 3 For FREE package re-sets every 30 days, this allows you to place 3 FREE ads every month!
6. Purchasing any package overrides the "3 For FREE" ad duration, number of images, etc.

Misuse:
1. Site Administrator will monitor all ads and remove any questionable content and/or spam postings.
Example: Ads with links to foreign web sites, phishing, and micro web sites that exist only to obtain your personal information.
